Reactions and Allergies All Miny Cosmetics products are tested to meet high-quality standards. However, sensitivity to certain ingredients varies from person to person. It is the user's responsibility to check the ingredient list before use. Our products may also have come into contact with other ingredients or allergens during manufacturing or packaging. In case of a reaction or irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Miny Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for adverse effects resulting from intolerance, allergy, or misuse of the product.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Miny Cosmetics reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Miny Cosmetics confirms its acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Miny Cosmetics may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after order acceptance. SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once we transfer the products to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to you.
